Terms of Service & Review Policy

Service scope, review principles and operating terms.

These terms describe the general review framework used by SIRC. Specific capacity, pricing, turnaround and service obligations apply only when agreed between the parties.

Scope of Review

SIRC provides pre-submission review support that may include originality-screening workflows, citation and reference consistency checks, manuscript-quality review, submission-readiness checks, document handling and institutional batch support. The precise scope should be agreed before work begins.

Turnaround and Capacity

Turnaround depends on workload, document length, requested review type, submission volume and service window. For recurring or high-volume institutional use, baseline demand, peak-day requirements and expected response times should be confirmed in advance.

Similarity Reports

Similarity reports are analytical tools that identify textual overlap. A similarity percentage does not, by itself, establish plagiarism, misconduct or improper reuse. Results should be interpreted in context.

AI-Related Indicators

AI-related indicators should be treated as review signals rather than definitive findings of authorship or misconduct. They should be considered alongside the text, authorship context, institutional policy and other available evidence.

Academic Responsibility

SIRC provides review support and quality-control assistance. Final responsibility for manuscript content, authorship, citations, declarations, compliance and submission decisions remains with the author or commissioning institution.

Confidentiality

Unpublished manuscripts and research materials should be handled as confidential content and used only for the agreed review purpose, subject to any applicable third-party system terms and legal obligations.

Third-Party Platforms

References to third-party screening or reporting systems do not imply official representation, reseller status, accreditation or endorsement unless expressly documented through a formal agreement.

Institutional Service Arrangements

Long-term institutional service may include recurring volume planning, peak-period support, operating windows, turnaround expectations, payment terms and review protocols. These arrangements should be documented separately from the general website terms.
